Inhibitors and adsorbent components
Corrosion inhibitors are chemical compounds or their compositions, small quantities of which moderate metal corrosion in aggressive media. Protective action of corrosion inhibitors is determined by a change in the metal surface state due to adsorption, or formation of hard-soluble compounds with metal ions covering the surface with the film that is substantially thinner than chemical conversion protective coating.
Production facilities of Amincor corrosion inhibitor and mixed adsorbents of methyl alcohol ether are located on a common industrial site. These products constitute the company’s most recent developments. The capacity of Amincor inhibitor production facility commissioned in 2005 equals 1,000 tons of the product per annum. Amincor inhibitor is generated through condensation of methyldiethanolamine and synthetic fatty acids production derivaties.
Production facility of methyl alcohol ethers produced since 1995 has the capacity of 500 tons per annum. This product is generated by way of methyl alcohol oxyethylation.
