Ethanolamines
Ethanolamines are produced on the premises of two industrial complexes.
The new facility produced the first batch of ethanolamines in autumn of 2001. This production facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology based on anhydrous innovative technology of ammonia and ethylene oxide synthesis resulting in power savings, high product quality, environmentally friendly and safe production process as well as high product output selectivity. Initially the above facility was intended to produce 10–12 thousand tons of ethanolamines per annum. Presently, its modernization is underway that would allow to augment production up to 25 thousand tons of saleable products per annum.
The second production facility of ethanolamines has a most eventful history that goes back to 1948. Invaluable experience has been accumulated over this period which allowed the Company to become a amine production leader on the Russian market and come out successfully to international levels. The facility production capacity amounts to 15,000 tons per annum.
